A modern patio area

This project totally transformed an tired looking and overgrown patio area in this family garden.  The terrace was designed with a seating area and water feature on one side and a greenhouse and raised vegetable planters on the other.  With sandstone paving and white rendered walls, the terrace now has a modern, clean look.

The project included:

​

  •      All paving and steps laid with Indian sandstone 

  •     A 'water wall' feature made with natural slate

  •     Low walls and bench seat, with white painted rendered finish

  •     Raised planters made from treated softwood sleepers

  •     A vegetable garden and greenhouse

  •     Willow screening to screen off the area under the raised decking
