Our client wanted a pergola built on one side of the house that would provide a covered outdoor eating area.  We designed the pergola to be large enough to seat a dining table and chairs, and would provide support for an existing wisteria to grow over and provide some shade in the summer months.  We used new oak timbers and built brick post supports to match with the style of the house.
